Great for Gluten Intolerance I start to use Fit AF when they first started years ago and unfortunately I had to stop for a while. Well now I ordered them again since I found out I need to eat Gluten Free. They make it so much easier for me. I remember how good the food was before and the taste/quality are still the same. Love it! I love this service so much! I am a nurse who works 12+ hour shifts and I tend to pick up a lot so I have very little time as it is and meal prepping is just not in the cards for me, but I know if I don’t have my meals ready I make terrible decisions when it comes to food. The service is delicious, affordable, and so easy!! I have the meal delivered to my house, the food is fresh (not frozen), and they last all week long! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The customer service is top tier, the team are quick to respond and are very helpful with answering your questions. You won’t regret it, I promise!

The meals are fantastic so far. It makes it really easy to follow my macros and fit in some meals that taste different and good. The meals stay fresh and are easy to reheat. I highly recommend the chicken fajita bowls and the Buffalo chicken cauliflower mac and cheese!

Total game changer As an empty nester with a husband who works on the road a lot, dinner planning was becoming more and more of a chore for me. Thankfully a friend turned me on to FitAF, and now it’s a total breeze. I order the performance size meals and can typically get 2 portions out of each one. This also makes planning my work week lunches a lot easier too. This week I ordered some of the bulk items for the first time, but so far we have loved the complete meals we received the last 2 weeks since joining. Also have to give them a shout out for communication, and lack of waste since you send back your insulated bag and empty (clean) containers. Two thumbs up from this happy couple, for sure!

Fit and fabulous I am recovering from surgery and couldn’t find foods that were easy on my stomach and tasted good. FITAF sent me an email and I remembered how good their food was and placed an order. The chocolate waffles were amazing and my stomach finally had food it needed! Looking forward to more GREAT meals that are affordable and delicious. Thank you FITAF!

Simply a fantastic service! FitAF takes the guess work out of my lunches and lunchtime macros. The menu varies weekly with new options to try. No matter what your health goals are, there always is something for everyone. The best part is that they are absolutely delicious!!! I’d rather spend $12 on a nutritiously sound lunch than $12 on processed food loaded with sodium and no nutritional value. Highly highly recommend FitAF.

Love! I started ordering meals at the end of my school year. As a teacher with long hours, I struggle to make healthy meals during the week and end up not eating as much as I need to maintain energy throughout my school day. Good not great The food was pretty good, but some of it looks better in the pictures than it does in person. For example the waffles had a weird slimey texture and the chicken bites looked crispy in the photos but had soggy coating/breading. Some of the items could have been packaged better, the quesadillas with zucchini hash had gotten soaked from the zucchini juice because there wasn’t a divider in the container. It was also delivered to the wrong house, but I was able to find it on my neighbors porch. Overall it’s a good option for quick healthy meals but a little pricey compared to other meal delivery services.
Easy, great tasting, affordable whole foods I make every effort to eat unprocessed Whole Foods. But some weeks I don’t have the time for food prep so I turn to FitAF instead of grabbing fast food or take out. Delicious and delivery is heaven! I always recommend them to others who want to eat well but are busy

This is the first time I am trying a meal service and it has been a great experience so far! I am a mom of 1 yo twins and a 4 yo so there hasn’t been a lot of time for cooking. The meals are great and I have even ventured out of my comfort zone with the food and have enjoyed everything I have tried so far! I also like that you are not locked in on a certain meal plan. Week to week I can change how many meals I want depending on what my weekly schedule looks like.

I could meal prep on the weekends but I personally would rather just order from FitAF. Their meal options are much more creative and diverse than anything I'd prep on my own and are reasonably priced and delivered to my door. I'm so grateful to live in an area that has this service locally so I don't have to buy pre-packaged national options that are lessor quality and more expensive. I highly recommend Fit AF meals for anyone who doesn't like to, or want to, cook but wants to eat healthy!

I ordered 14 meals from the performance meal selection. Every meal was excellent! The portions are nice sized, and I feel full after eating them. I think this meal prep service is going to help take my fitness to the next level. Nutrition is always something I struggled with. This makes everything convenient and saves me a lot of time.
