Lean grilled ground Elk patty, served with our house-made root vegetable BBQ sauce. Served with carrots and garlic hummus.

Ingredients: Ground Elk, Sprouted-Grain Roll (wheat) or Arnold Thin,  BBQ Sauce (carrots, onions, beets, garlic, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, worcestershire, brown sugar), Baby Carrots, Hummus (garbanzo beans, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt)
