We start with 90% Lean Grass-fed Beef, then give it a Korean kick with freshly grated ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. Next we provide a colorful and nutritious side of sautéed Red Cabbage and shredded Carrots and toss it over a bed of fiber-rich Farro. Finally, to balance out your palette, we make a dairy free ‘Crema’ composed of just Avocado, Sriracha and Olive Oil Mayo.
