PB Banana Chip Greek Yogurt Parfait
Once upon a time, a chef in the Fit AF kitchen was eating a banana with peanut butter. During a freak incident, he accidentally dropped his snack into a bowl of yogurt. Initially, he became distressed. Frustrated that he lost his mid day snack to a sea of yogurt. But due to his curiosity he found that what he thought was just bad luck, turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The mixture of peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and banana was absolutely fantastic. And this Fit AF chef lived happily ever after knowing he invented something beautiful. Okay, this didn’t really happen, but it makes for a great story!
