Our Wild Caught Cod is sprinkled with a light seasoning blend (Salt Bae style), and then roasted to perfection. We then blend our dairy-free Cashew-Basil Pesto with oven roasted Spaghetti Squash for a side that’s low in carbs but high in Vitamins A, C & K as well as Polyphenols and Carotenoids (two pretty kick-ass groups of antioxidants)!
